Getting started

Install and open GraceHold through Shopify Admin.
Review the fulfillment integration profile and verify your warehouse configuration in a test environment.
Select a correction window and exclusions in Settings, save, then enable protection.
Confirm the actual app owned fulfillment hold on an eligible paid test order before sharing a buyer correction link.

Address corrections

Buyers can correct a shipping address only during a valid correction window while the order is safely protected. Corrections do not recalculate shipping charges or taxes.

Release or Ready Tag needs attention

Review Orders & events. GraceHold releases its own holds; holds owned by another app remain. A Ready Tag is added only after the order passes readiness checks. Resolve the cause of a failed release before using Retry release.

Disable or uninstall

Disable protection to stop new holds. Existing holds retain their original deadline. Resolve all active holds before uninstalling; uninstalling revokes the app’s Shopify access.

Contact us

Include your store domain, approximate incident time and the relevant order reference. Never send access credentials or buyer correction links.

Warehouse pickup behavior must be independently verified. A Shopify hold or Ready Tag does not establish warehouse compatibility.
